1. Hamburg Harbour Cruise


The Hamburg Harbour Cruise is an absolute must for all families. There is much to see and discover, feeding the seagulls will become an unforgettable experience. After the cruise, we recommend to explore the Speicherstadt museum which offers special tours for kids. 2. Hamburg’s Zoo - Tierpark Hagenbeck

There is a so called “Zoo School” where children can learn a lot about the zoo’s inhabitants.In guided tours around the zoo, children get the opportunity to playfully learn about the zoo’s flora and fauna. 3. Miniature Wonderland


The world largest model railway is located in Speicherstadt in Hamburg! There are more than 800 model trains, 200,000 figures and 3,500 model houses. All models are situated among uncountable bridges and set in an unbelievable sceneries, such as the 6 metre highSwiss Matterhorn.

4. The Zoological Musuem / Bio-Centre Grindel


The Zoological Museum / Bio-Centre Grindel is a real gem. Tall, mostly freestanding exhibits of bears, tigers, pumas, orang-outangs, rhinos, crocodiles, giant tortoises and many other animals, invite visitors to experience unforgettable moments.

5. Museum for Fine and Industrial Arts

6. Toy Museum in the Attic


Part of the Miniature Wonderland in the „Speicherstadt“ ist a toy museum, located in the attic above the Wonderland. There are toys from the last two centuries which wait to be explored and discovered by young visitors.

7. Airport Hamburg


From the viewing platforms in both terminal 1 and 2 offer a fascinating view of the runway. There is also the world’s first and only miniature airport (1:500) in which guests can learn about the daily routines of an airport, including the taking off and landing of miniature planes!

8. City Park & Beach Life


Hamburg is a very green city with many spaces to play. In the city park families can play soccer, have picnics, take paddle boats for a drive, attend concerts, or visit the planetarium.

9. The Hamburger Dom


The Hamburger Dom is the city’s most famous funfair, which takes place three times a year (“Winterdom” in winter, “Frühlingsdom” in spring, and “Sommerdom” in summer), attracting 9 million visitors a year. Three times a year, each time for four weeks, beginning in the afternoon until late at night, you can enjoy this spectacle by riding a giant ferris wheel or rollercoaster, eating delicious fair food and watching the nightly fireworks displays.

10. Play paradises for children


Hamburg has several play paradises for children, such as the Peppina which is located in the Von-Bargen-Straße, where kids can explore bouncy castles, soccer matches, bungee jumping, ice skating, slides and much more in an area of 2000m².
